Italian Designers Elena Faccio and Francesca Richiardi met each other in 2016 in the Fendi fashion house style office, They are united by the desire to create a product that leaves a mark , which unites their different and entirely personal aesthetics they decide in 2018 to establish their brand Acchitto.
The choice of the brand name is not accidental, ACCHITTO is an Italian regionalism that indicates to dress with particular refinement, dressing up in style. Chameleon term, indicates something that does not go unnoticed, yet is immediately noticed.
ELENA & FRANCESCA
Elena Faccio was born in ’92 and fell in love with fashion and began to conceive it as a true form of art. She attended the European Institute of Design in Rome and the Marangoni school of fashion, art & design in Milan. She was selected by Vogue Italia / Vogue Talents and in 2016 and started to work in the Fendi style office shortly afterwards.
Francesca Richiardi, class of ’93, after attending the Accademia Costume e Moda in Rome, was selected by Vogue Italia/ Vogue Talents in 2015 to exhibit at Palazzo Morando. During the Altaroma event, the designer presented her fur collection “Ouverture au sauvage,” which was shown in front of a jury chaired by Silvia Venturini Fendi. In the same year she began working in Fendi’s Fur-style office and, in the process, was the first Italian to win the LVMH Graduate Prize. In 2023, she was selected by Forbes in the Innovators under 30 Italy list.
